Joshua, tu es fou. I find it interesting that you said you can't find solitude. Most people I've talked with who have gone to an Asian country find themselves in the most soltitude they've ever experienced, b/c of the language barrier. Neat thoughts. Keep 'em coming. Salut, mon ami!
Dear Joshua, Reading through Wendell Berry's Given to find something to send on silence I found this instead....fits with the sweet clip.
I dream of a quiet man who explains nothing and defends nothing, but only knows where the rarest wildflowers are blooming, and who goes, and finds that he is smiling not by his own will.

nothing, but only knows
where the rarest wildflowers

and finds that he is smiling
not by his own will.
